Refunds / Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of the products that we sell here at Bamboo Buddy, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind, misused, or incorrectly stored the product, or if it does not feel right for you. This is regardless of whether the product has been opened or not. We understand that everyone’s mouths are different and so not every product will be appropriate for every mouth. We have put as much information about each product on the website to help you ensure that you purchase the right product for you.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warranty

Warranty period is subject to each product. Some of our reusable products have limited warranty. Incorrect storage (especially high moisture) and incorrect usage will invalidate this warranty. Please contact us for any warranty queries regarding our products. Remember items like toothbrushes should be replaced every 2-3 months as they will deteriorate in performance over this period. Certain products like the bamboo floss picks and silk floss may be rinsed, dried and re-used until they break. This may happen after a single use or multiple uses depending upon the tightness of the contacts in your mouth.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
